Senior Tech Lead (Delivery focused) A large enterprise organisation is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to drive end-to-end technical delivery across its digital programs. You'll own the technical workstream within a broader project team, leading delivery of enterprise application changes that are on time, within budget, and built to last. What you'll be doing Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple enterprise application work streams Collaborate with the Project Manager and Tech Leads to plan schedules, allocate technical work, and manage resourcing Own release management and oversee development and production environments Identify and manage technical risks, driving mitigation strategies in conjunction with the PM Lead data migration activities and ensure quality standards are met throughout Manage IT vendor and partner relationships Provide progress reporting and support change governance processes Support recruitment and onboarding of technical team members What you'll need 10 years of .NET development experience 2 years in a technical delivery or lead role Experience with complex enterprise IT landscapes - on-premise and hybrid cloud Hands-on CI/CD pipeline development and management Proven technical leadership of multi-functional teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Police check required 12 month contract - day rate ranging between $1,100 to $1,200 (inc super) per day.
