An exciting opportunity has become available to join their high performing team as a Retail Portfolio Analyst, playing a key role in supporting the management and performance of a diversified national retail property portfolio. This position offers exposure to institutional-grade assets, fund managers, valuation processes, asset planning, and portfolio performance analysis, making it an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property professional looking to further develop their career. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage portfolio valuation programs, including external and internal valuations. Prepare annual asset plans, forecasts, and portfolio performance reporting. Develop and maintain 5-year cash flow forecasts. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual fund reporting requirements. Analyse leasing performance, tenant retention, WALE, incentives, and key asset metrics. Support strategic asset management initiatives aimed at enhancing portfolio value. Work closely with internal stakeholders, fund managers, asset managers, and external consultants. Maintain portfolio data, management fee schedules, and financial reporting information. About You Degree qualified in Property, Valuations, or a related discipline. Experience within property, valuations, or portfolio analysis. Strong understanding of retail property markets and valuation principles. Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling capability. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Experience with property systems such as MRI, Cougar, Forbury, or similar will be highly regarded.
