Role 1: Engineering & OT Security Project Manager What You Will Do: Lead the planning and delivery of assigned engineering and operational technology (OT) work packages, maintaining schedules and milestones across concurrent initiatives. Coordinate project delivery activities across engineering, operational technology, cyber security, and IT teams to ensure practical execution within operational environments. Manage critical work packages including Engineering Standard Operating Environment (SOE) initiatives, identity improvements, and substation security enhancements. Deliver operational technology backup and recovery initiatives alongside access control and privileged environment management enhancements. Manage interdependencies and sequencing activities while engaging with vendors and delivery partners to support successful solution implementation. What You Need to Apply for This Role: Over 5 years' experience delivering complex cyber security and technology initiatives, ideally within engineering, operational technology (OT), or critical infrastructure. Proven experience delivering cyber security initiatives within OT environments, with strong coordination across technical and engineering domains. Experience working within organisations subject to the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) framework, with energy sector experience highly regarded. Sound working knowledge of relevant frameworks, including the Australian Energy Sector Cyber Security Framework (AESCSF) and Essential Eight maturity model. A recognised Project Management certification, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or an equivalent qualification. Role 2: IT Cyber Security & Governance Project Manager What You Will Do: Lead the planning and delivery of assigned IT cyber security and governance work packages, managing schedules, milestones, and priorities. Coordinate delivery activities across technical teams, risk professionals, and business stakeholders to execute packages in a structured manner. Deliver technical capability uplifts including logging, monitoring, cloud security, identity and access management, and backup and recovery. Manage initiatives focused on security baseline, configuration, change management, threat intelligence, and supply chain cyber security. Oversee governance, policy uplift initiatives, and IT-OT integration capabilities such as secure file transfer and access management improvements. What You Need to Apply for This Role: Over 5 years' experience delivering complex cyber security and technology initiatives, ideally within enterprise IT or critical infrastructure environments. Proven experience delivering IT cyber security and governance initiatives, including coordination across technical, risk, and business stakeholders.
