This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio. About the role: Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing insights, analysis, and guidance to improve financial outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Delivering detailed performance reporting and actionable insights Developing financial models and supporting business cases for new initiatives Partnering with stakeholders to interpret results, identify trends, and drive performance improvements Supporting compliance reporting, audits, and risk management activities What’s in it for you? You will bring: Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling and scenario analysis Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis A relevant degree with CA/CPA (or equivalent) Strong systems skills (advanced Excel; Power BI or similar tools advantageous) Who are we, and what’s next?
