Change Lead Contract to 20/11/2026 | Brisbane CBD | Hybrid working We are working with a leading Queensland Government client to recruit a Change Lead. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, managing communication plans, developing and executing training plans and ensuring the department is prepared for the transition Key Requirements: Implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the S/4HANA transition aligned with Queensland Government project governance. Design and deliver communication plans while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Lead organizational change mapping to define roles and accountabilities within the new framework. Lead the creation of detailed change impact assessments and mitigation strategies for identified risks and resistance. Design and deliver training programs and materials to equip stakeholders for system and process adoption. Host workshops and meetings to gather input, address concerns, and build support for the change initiative. Prepare and analyze reports, briefings, and wide-ranging communication materials for project leadership. Align business process documentation with Whole of Government finance standards. What We’re Looking For Extensive experience implementing change strategies for large-scale ERP or cloud transitions (ideally SAP S/4HANA). Ability to prepare high-level briefings, presentations, and correspondence for various governance levels. Proficiency in identifying change impacts and developing effective mitigation strategies. Ability to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement across the organization.
