Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Spare Parts & Stores Coordinator to join their Queensland team based in Yatala. The Position This is a varied role that combines parts interpreting, customer service and hands-on stores responsibilities. You will be responsible for supporting customers with spare parts enquiries while also assisting with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and inventory function. Key responsibilities include: Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email Identifying and interpreting spare parts requirements Preparing quotations and processing orders Coordinating deliveries, freight and returns Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory control Picking, packing and dispatching parts Loading and unloading deliveries Operating a forklift and maintaining warehouse organisation Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders This role would suit someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and likes the balance of office-based customer interaction and hands-on warehouse work.
