Fleet & Maintenance Manager Maitland | $130,000 - $135,000 Super Company Car TOT The Company A leading operator within the transport, waste and environmental services sector is seeking an experienced Fleet & Maintenance Manager to oversee workshop operations and fleet performance across a key region. The business operates a large heavy vehicle fleet and is committed to safety, compliance and operational reliability. The Position This role is responsible for managing the maintenance, repair and performance of a large fleet of heavy vehicles and mobile plant. You will lead workshop teams, manage suppliers and ensure fleet availability meets operational requirements, while maintaining compliance with NHVR and regulatory standards.
