Seeking a skilled Supply and Demand Planner As a Supply and Demand Planner, you will be responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and working closely with procurement, sales, and production teams to ensure product availability aligns with market needs. Your expertise will directly contribute to minimizing stockouts and excess inventory, improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Undertake demand forecasting and planning activities, recommending and implementing adjustments as required. Maintain accurate data inputs and reporting outputs to support Material Requirements Planning (MRP), including coordinating intercompany stock transfer orders (STOs). Monitor forecast accuracy, analyse trends, prepare reports and implement corrective actions where required. Develop strong supplier relationships, providing schedules, tracking deliveries and expediting orders. Coordinate end-to-end purchasing activities with both local and international suppliers. Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortfalls and implement solutions to minimise supply risks. Perform inventory reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and ensure all transactions are appropriately documented and processed. Support a range of administrative activities including vendor invoice processing, records management, master data maintenance and data integrity activities. Identify opportunities for process improvements and sustainability initiatives within the supply chain function. Participate in cross-functional projects and support broader operational activities as required. Experience: Experience in a similar planning, procurement or inventory management role within a complex product-based supply chain environment. Well-developed administration skills, including invoice processing and records management. Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills. Strong forecasting, reporting and presentation skills with the ability to support data-driven decision making. Proven analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems. SAP Inventory Management and Procurement experience, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C), is strongly preferred. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
