Our client, a well-established global professional services organisation, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of initiatives across the business. The role involves mapping and documenting complex processes, translating business needs into functional requirements, and collaborating closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders. The environment blends Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on delivering practical, technology-enabled solutions that add real value. The BA will partner with SMEs, project teams, change managers and vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Key responsibilities Elicit and document detailed business requirements, process flows and use cases via interviews, workshops and surveys. Translate business needs into clear technical and functional specifications for development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams during solution design and testing, including UAT support. Analyse current state processes and propose and document optimised future state solutions. Support project delivery, deployment and post-implementation transition activities. Assist with change activities, including stakeholder impact assessments and communication planning. About you Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in professional services and/or financial services. Strong business acumen, with experience in financial or commercial operations. Skilled in process mapping, requirement documentation and stakeholder management. Familiar with Waterfall, Agile and SDLC methodologies. Proficient in MS Office 365, Visio, Power Platform and collaboration tools. Interest or experience in AI, automation or data-driven solutions, with the ability to identify practical use cases. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. Valid Australian work rights required.
