Your new role Safely operate refinery plant equipment in line with procedures and safety standards Monitor production processes using control systems (including SCADA)Complete shift logs and maintain accurate operational records Ensure product quality through routine checks and reporting Identify hazards, report incidents, and contribute to a safe working environment Maintain housekeeping standards to prevent contamination and ensure cleanliness Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Work a rotating roster (3 days/2 nights/4 days off, 2 days/2 nights/4 days off, 2 days/3 nights/3 days off across 12-hour shifts) What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment (sugar or similar highly regarded)Ability to work a continuous rotating roster (12-hour shifts, days and nights)Strong commitment to workplace safety and proceduresGood mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environmentStrong communication and organisational skillsBasic numerical and literacy skills What you'll get in return In return, you will secure a role offering excellent work-life balance through a rotating lifestyle roster, working only 12-hour shifts (66).
