About the Company Our client is a leading MSP. About the Role In this role, you’ll work across a broad range of technologies spanning networking, wireless, firewalling, and cybersecurity, supporting clients both on-site and remotely. You’ll also collaborate closely with a high-performing BAU Service Desk team, acting as an escalation point for complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end systems engineering services across switching, wireless, firewalls, and security Provide expert support across multi-vendor environments, including Windows and/or Apple ecosystems Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues and deliver advanced problem resolution Manage user access (account provisioning/deprovisioning) and file-sharing configurations Install and maintain endpoint software, licensing, and device setup/migrations Collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and exceed customer expectations Accurately document technical work, time entries, and solutions within ticketing systems Act as an internal escalation point and trusted SME for the national team About You Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer, ideally within an MSP environment Strong hands-on expertise with networking and security technologies such as Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet Demonstrated experience implementing and troubleshooting network infrastructure hardware Deep technical knowledge across switching, wireless, firewalls, and networking Relevant certifications: CCIE and JNCIE Excellent communication skills — able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders The Benefits Permanent role Opportunity to work across a diverse range of clients Long term career pathways Hybrid working arrangements Please apply with current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
