Finishing Foreman Multi-Residential & Mixed-Use Project Yeronga, QLD 9–12 Month Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a well-established builder delivering a mid-rise multi-residential development with ground-floor retail in Yeronga. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a critical role on a quality project, ensuring the successful delivery of finishes to a high standard. The Role: Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of all finishing trades and activities, driving programme, quality, and coordination through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate finishing trades across apartments and retail tenancies Drive programme to ensure timely completion of finishes Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control Conduct inspections, defect management, and close-out processes Liaise with subcontractors, site team, and consultants Ensure WHS compliance across finishing stages About You: Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on multi-residential / apartment projects Experience delivering mid-rise developments (5–10 storeys) Strong eye for detail and quality finishes Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes Excellent communication and site coordination skills Trade background preferred What’s On Offer: 9–12 month contract on a well-structured project Competitive hourly / day rate Supportive site team and established builder Opportunity to work on a high-quality mixed-use development If you’re a driven Finishing Foreman with a strong background in multi-residential builds and available for your next contract, I'd love to hear from you.
