Forklift Licensed Dump Line Operator – Ongoing Contract Roles South Brisbane Location 24/7 Rotating Roster (Day & Afternoon Shifts) We are currently seeking Forklift Licensed Dump Line Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Brisbane’s south. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with consistent hours, where your forklift skills and production experience will be highly valued. Hourly rate starting from $40 per hour , plus overtime and applicable shift loadings. About the Role As a Dump Line Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of the production line. You will be responsible for unloading, sorting, and conveying materials while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate dump line equipment to unload and process materials Use a forklift to transport pallets to and from the line Monitor conveyors, hoppers, and chutes, clearing blockages as required Perform routine equipment checks and report faults Maintain accurate production and shift records Assist with minor maintenance tasks Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams Maintain a clean and organised work area (5S standards) Participate in shift handovers and communicate key updates What We’re Looking For Essential: Valid forklift licence Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely Strong awareness of workplace safety practices Good communication and teamwork skills Desirable: Experience operating conveyor or continuous processing lines Mechanical aptitude or basic maintenance skills Background in manufacturing environments What’s on Offer Ongoing casual opportunities with full-time hours Upwards of $40 per hour overtime shift loadings Rotating 24/7 roster (Monday to Sunday) Supportive team environment and on-the-job training If this particular position isn’t suitable for you due to hours or shift preferences, we still encourage you to click “Apply Now” and we will be in touch to discuss other opportunities.
