Full-time opportunity with a leading agribusiness Based within our Eastern SA and western VIC region Exciting and supportive environment About the role Bunge is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Planner to support our Eastern SA and western VIC region operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, efficient and compliant grain movements across our supply chain with a strong focus on logistics planning, inventory management, food safety and operational performance. The location of this role is flexible across the region. We are focused on securing the right candidate and are open to considering the most suitable location for the successful applicant. You will work closely with site teams, logistics, pest control, and our Adelaide office stakeholders to coordinate operational activities, manage inventories and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Communicate with sites regarding grain movement plans and site operations Coordinate domestic out turns and stock allocations Maintain accurate inventory processes and ensure that the company inventory management systems are kept up to date and reflect physical position across all sites Maintain up to date quality data to ensure outturns meet specification Assisting with harvest planning, maximising storage facility utilisation Inventory planning and data analysis Ensure documentation is maintained and kept up to date About you Previous experience in logistics, operations or an inventory role. Intermediate to advanced computer and Microsoft Excel skills. Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and meet critical deadlines. Strong communications skills with the ability to engage with internal and external customers Strong attention to detail Ability to identify process improvements and implement cost optimisation initiatives Ability to learn new internal systems quickly An analytical and innovative mindset to develop customer solutions Previous experience in the grain industry, desirable About us Bunge connects farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
