CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADER Our client, based in Welshpool, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Leader to join their Operations team. This is a hands-on role with variety - ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a good work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Duties: Work closely with the customer service and sales team providing support on pricing, stock availability and reporting. Provide back up for the customer service team during peak periods of inbound calls. Manage price increases including customer approval and system update. Provide monthly reports on customer/ product sales and identify trends and opportunities. Provide reports to the CEO and leadership team on key metrics. Manage escalated customer relations and warranties. Monitor products margins and investigate where required.
