Our client is a highly regarded creative studio seeking an experienced Studio Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operation of their business. This is a varied and hands-on role combining studio management, executive support, administration, client coordination, and operational oversight. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the studio runs efficiently while supporting team operations, client experience, and executive priorities. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and presentation of the studio, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Manage office supplies, facilities, service providers, deliveries, and studio administration. Act as a key point of contact for visitors, enquiries, and client communications. Provide executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and inbox management. Support client onboarding, proposal administration, documentation, and record keeping. Coordinate internal communications, follow-up actions, and operational priorities. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and team coordination. Support marketing initiatives, events, photoshoots, presentations, and special projects. Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in studio management, office management, executive assistance, operations, administration, or a similar role. Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, resourceful, and confident working independently. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience within a creative, design, architecture, interiors, property, or client-focused environment is highly regarded. Experience with project management systems, client onboarding, recruitment, or marketing coordination will be advantageous.
