About the Role: As a Spray Painter, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and finishes while working within a modern, well-equipped workshop. You will work closely with the panel and repair teams to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently, safely and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: – Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting including sanding, filling and masking – Mix and colour match paints to manufacturer specifications – Apply primers, base coats and clear coats – Complete refinishing and touch-up work – Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met – Maintain spray equipment and workshop cleanliness – Work collaboratively with the repair team to meet production targets To be successful in this role, you will need: – Trade qualification in Automotive Refinishing – Previous experience in automotive collision repair – Strong knowledge of paint systems and application techniques – High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship – Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards – Strong commitment to workplace health and safety – Positive attitude and team-focused approach What’s on Offer: – Competitive hourly rate – Relocation assistance available – 9-day fortnight – Ongoing, stable employment – Modern workshop and equipment – Career development opportunities within a growing national network – Supportive and experienced team environment Sponsorship transfer opportunities available for suitably qualified candidates already residing in Australia Important Information: Our client is open to considering sponsorship transfers for suitably qualified candidates who are currently living and working in Australia.
