Our client is a well-established precast concrete manufacturer delivering high-quality products across commercial, civil, and infrastructure projects throughout Victoria. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team based in Melbourne's South East. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of the business, working closely with project managers, engineers, and senior leadership to deliver accurate and competitive tenders. The Role: Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for precast concrete projects Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documentation Conducting quantity take-offs using Bluebeam Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Assessing project risks and identifying value engineering opportunities Maintaining estimating databases and pricing schedules Supporting project handovers to the delivery team About You: Previous estimating experience within precast concrete, concrete, construction, or related industries Strong proficiency using Bluebeam for quantity take-offs and mark-ups Ability to interpret engineering and construction drawings Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously What's On Offer?
