About the opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Residential Services leadership team as a Clinical Lead. This is a key frontline leadership role responsible for providing visible leadership, oversight, coaching and support to Care Workers, ensuring the delivery of safe, consistent, person-centred and compliant care across residential services. Reporting to the Executive Manager Residential Services, you will play an integral role in workforce leadership, staff capability development, risk management, quality improvement and operational coordination. You will work closely with residents, families, nursing staff, allied health professionals and leadership teams to ensure high-quality care outcomes and exceptional resident experiences. Providing visible frontline leadership, coaching and support to Care Workers. Monitoring and supporting staff performance, capability and professional development. Ensuring care is delivered in line with resident care plans, organisational policies and clinical standards. Coordinating care delivery and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Identifying, managing and escalating clinical, operational and workforce risks. Supporting incident management, complaint resolution and continuous improvement activities. Monitoring documentation quality and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Promoting evidence-based practice, staff education and a culture of accountability and excellence. About you You are an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in residential aged care and a passion for leading people and improving care outcomes. You are a visible and approachable leader who thrives on supporting staff, building capability and creating a culture of accountability and excellence. You possess strong clinical knowledge, sound judgement and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic care environment. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that supports older people to live healthy, engaged and fulfilled lives. To be considered for this role you will have Current AHPRA registration Bachelor Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification. A current First Aid certificate or we can organise Demonstrated experience in residential aged care. Experience leading and supporting front line care teams.
