About the Role Synergie is seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to lead and manage the Paintshop area for our client in the inner Northern Suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role in a well-established company specialising in high-quality equipment and components. You will supervise daily powder coating operations, ensure high-quality finishes, and mentor a team to meet production goals, all while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Paintshop team, ensuring smooth daily operations Supervise all powder coating processes, including preparation, application, and curing Ensure all finished products meet company quality standards Operate and maintain powder coating equipment Monitor workflow and production schedules to meet deadlines Train and mentor team members on powder coating best practices Maintain a safe, clean, and OH&S-compliant workplace Skills & Experience Proven powder coating experience (essential) Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent leadership and communication skills Safety-focused with knowledge of OH&S procedures Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively Shift Details Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am – 12:00pm What’s on Offer Casual pay rate: $57ph, negotiated depending on experience Long-term employment with potential for permanency Supportive team environment and positive workplace culture About Synergie As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly payrun, a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care.
