Specifically, you will love taking ownership of your own practice/clients advising on: trade marks- including brand selection strategies, searches, contracts, registration, prosecution, opposition, non-use and licensing, infringement actions, dispute resolution; commercial transactions including commercial contracts, corporate/business law, privacy law, employment law, non-TM intellectual property. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are an admitted TM/commercial solicitor OR dually qualified solicitor/TM attorney residing anywhere in Australia (preferably Sydney but open to any location provided you are happy to work remotely); have a minimum of 2 years (or more) experience in trade marks [essential] including some disputes experience [preferable] AND some general commercial law experience [preferable, not essential]; have solid knowledge of current trademark law practice; have high attention to detail strong drafting/communication/people skills commercial acumen; have an entrepreneurial spirit willing to participate in business development/marketing; are results-driven positive hungry to be part of a refreshing cutting-edge ‘new age’ law firm that encourages excellenceinnovation and has the resources to support and help you to reach your full potential.
