PAY: $36.26 per hour super overtime $21.94 per day travel allowance LOCATION: Bowden HOURS: 7.30am – 3.00pm — Monday – Friday START: 23/03/2026 ABOUT THE ROLE: EIR Labour Hire is seeking licensed Hoist Operators and Riggers for high-rise construction and civil projects. Experienced operators with current tickets are in high demand. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: – Operating construction hoists (personnel and materials) – Conducting pre-start checks and completing hoist logbooks – Communicating with site crews via radio to coordinate lifts – Rigging, slinging and signalling for crane lifts – Maintaining safe exclusion zones during operations – Complying with all site safety requirements and lift plans WHAT YOU’LL NEED: – White Card – High Risk Work Licence — Hoist Operation (CV or CN) or Rigging (RB/RI/RE) – Dogman ticket (DG) an advantage – Experience on construction hoists or tower cranes – Physically fit and comfortable working at heights – Strong communication skills WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH: You’ll work on active construction sites alongside site managers, crane crews and construction teams.
