About the Firm This south of the river-based commercial law firm provides litigation and dispute resolution services across general and complex commercial matters. The Role Advise and represent clients in contentious estates and trust matters, including probate disputes, family provision claims, and challenges to wills Act for executors, trustees, beneficiaries and administrators in disputes relating to estate administration, superannuation and trusts Contribute to mentoring junior team members and support business development and client relationship activities About You You will ideally have 5 years’ post-admission experience with a focus on wills, estates and trust litigation Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage matters independently A proactive, dependable and team-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively Benefits & Opportunities Friendly and collegial work environment.
