We are partnered with a statewide organisation for the recruitment of a Project Engineer (Electrical) This is an initial 6 month contract with further work within the business highly likely, and will commence asap. It's a Monday to Friday, 40 hour a week, type role, where you'll get some proper work life balance. The Company This organisation has an amazing community focus. The Role You'll primarily be responsible for: Supervising and coordinating the transmission substation preliminary engineering Contractor site survey and field work coordination Supporting assessment and evaluation of all vendor proposals Supporting the development of feasibility study technical deliverables including: Capital estimates Works schedules Risk Assessments O&M estimates Basis of Design Quality check and review of any contractor's deliverables Your Background Demonstrated experience in the development large capital projects Experience in the preparation of detailed or bankable feasibility studies for large T&D infrastructure projects Demonstrated experience in high voltage transmission Recent design office experience Engineering degree (electrical or civil preferable) or suitable trade qualification You'll also need to supply a police clearance prior to starting and have unrestricted working rights.
