East Coast Wholesale Tyres is seeking to employ a Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and leading customer engagement strategies across wholesale, fleet, and retail tyre segments. The role combines commercial leadership with strategic marketing to expand distribution channels, optimise sales performance, and enhance brand positioning within the automotive industry. This role focuses on accelerating market expansion and enhancing brand presence in emerging markets across Regional NSW and Queensland. Based in Condell Park NSW, this full-time role entails a remuneration of $100,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation depending on skills and attributes of the candidate. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and oversee market expansion. • Identify new business opportunities across dealer networks, B2B clients, and retail channels • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, partnerships, and promotions to support sales outcomes • Analyse market trends, track competitor activity, and determine pricing to inform product positioning and growth initiatives • Strengthen client and stakeholder relationships and retention through targeted engagement and service quality improvements • Lead and support the sales and marketing segment and the team to deliver consistent performance and accountability • Optimise the online customer journey, including website performance and lead conversion pathways • Manage CRM activities, customer insights, and data-driven campaigns to improve acquisition and retention • Collaborate with operations and procurement to align stock availability, promotions, and demand planning • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise profitability and efficiency Skills & Capabilities • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field • At least 3 years of sales and marketing leadership experience • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and margin growth • Experience managing multi-channel marketing and customer engagement strategies • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
