· Immediate start – urgent requirement · $50 - $60 per hour super (depending on experience) · CBD location – 2 days WFH About the Organisation Our client is a well-established law firm operating within a professional services environment, known for its high-performing finance function and strong internal culture. They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join on a temporary basis, with potential to transition to permanent. About the Role Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will take ownership of a large and complex debtor ledger within a fast-paced, corporate environment. This is a highly stakeholder-focused role requiring a professional and relationship-driven approach to collections. Key responsibilities include: Managing a large, high-value debtor ledger with a focus on timely collections Leading end-to-end collections activity, including complex and escalated matters Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Partners Conducting regular ledger reviews and providing updates on outstanding debt Maintaining a non-adversarial, client-focused approach to collections Working closely with billing and AR teams to resolve invoicing issues Supporting credit assessments, onboarding and risk management processes Preparing aged debtor reports and providing cashflow insights About You You will be an experienced Credit Controller who thrives in a professional services environment and is confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
