Location: QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, SA Sector: Federal Government Work Type: Contract Contract Term: 12 months 1 extension of 6 months Work arrangement: Hybrid WE PAY WEEKLY We're seeking an experienced Integration Consultant to join a large-scale SAP program delivering critical HR and payroll integrations across enterprise platforms. This role will play a key part in designing, building, and supporting integrations that ensure seamless data flow between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems. You'll work closely with functional consultants, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions while supporting the transition into business-as-usual operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Integration Development Design and develop integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and Boomi Build and maintain iFlows, APIs, and middleware integrations Implement integration patterns including real-time, batch, and event-based processing Data & API Integration Work with SuccessFactors Compound Employee API, OData APIs, and web services Deliver API-based, SFTP, and file-based integrations Support data extraction, transformation, and replication across systems Delivery Support & Testing Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and performance tuning Security & Compliance Ensureintegrations meet enterprise security standards including: Authentication & authorisation Certificate and key management Secure data handling Cutover & Operations Participate in cutover and go-live activities Provide ongoing support (AMS), monitoring, incident management, and enhancements KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience delivering integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) Strong experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Recruiting, Onboarding) and/or SAP S/4HANA Solid understanding of: REST & SOAP APIs OData & SuccessFactors Compound Employee API XML, JSON, XSLT Experience with: Integration patterns, error handling, logging, and monitoring SFTP, middleware platforms, and cloud integration architectures Strong knowledge of security concepts including IAS/IPS, SSO, OAuth, and certificates SAP integration certifications highly regarded Demonstrated ability to design, build, and support enterprise integrations Desirable Experience with SAP BTP services beyond CPI, including event-based or messaging services Divya Arora Consultant Let's connect ManpowerGroup is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
