Global Grand Investment PTY LTD is looking for a qualified and experienced Full-time Chef to join our team. Salary Range - $75,000 to $85,000 Business Location - Mildura VIC 3500 Responsibilities Prepare and cook food in accordance with the restaurant's menu and quality standards. Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes. Estimate food requirements and maintain stock levels. Ensure food handling, storage, and preparation comply with food safety regulations. Prepare meals to meet special dietary requirements. Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control. Regulate cooking temperatures and ensure dishes are prepared correctly. Supervise kitchen operations and assist in training junior staff. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with WHS requirements. Skills and Qualifications AQF Certificate IV, Diploma, or higher qualification in Commercial Cookery or a related field. Strong knowledge of cooking methods, food preparation, and kitchen operations. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work full-time on a rotating roster. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
