You will: Lead and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs Develop team capability through coaching, training and ongoing feedback Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation Build strong product knowledge across key footwear ranges and brands Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including rosters and compliance Foster a positive, respectful and high-energy team culture About You You are a hands-on retail leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You enjoy developing people and creating a store culture where service and performance go hand in hand.
