Serving between 1,500 and 2,500 meals per week, this venue is a cornerstone of the local community and a destination for both locals and visitors alike. With significant investment in quality food, service and guest experience, they are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen into its next phase of growth. The Role As Executive Chef, you will take ownership of all kitchen operations across the venue. This is a genuine leadership role where you will drive food quality, profitability, team development and operational excellence. You will oversee a large-scale food operation, including bistro service, functions, weddings, events, and catering, while remaining hands-on during peak service periods. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for menu development, food cost management, stock control, team leadership, recruitment, training and ensuring exceptional guest experiences are delivered consistently.
