We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy Subway restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, organise and coordinate the daily operations of the store. Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management. Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times. Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with Subway standards and food safety requirements. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain adequate stock supplies. Manage restaurant budgets, cash handling procedures, banking, and financial reporting. Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food hygiene, and relevant regulatory requirements. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations. Implement promotional activities and local store marketing initiatives to increase sales and customer engagement. Monitor labour costs and productivity to achieve business objectives. Skills and Experience At least 1 year of relevant management experience or a relevant qualification. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with staff rostering, inventory control, and financial management. Sound knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
