Candidate Profile We are interested in speaking with senior Specialist Anaesthetists who demonstrate: Strong clinical leadership and governance experience Commitment to quality improvement and service development Excellent interpersonal and team management skills Experience working within complex hospital environments Eligibility for specialist registration in Australia To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should possess: A primary medical qualification recognised by the Medical Board of Australia and eligibility for registration with AHPRA Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA), or an equivalent specialist qualification recognised by the Australian Medical Council Current compliance with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements and good professional standing Overseas-trained Anaesthetists progressing through the ANZCA Specialist International Medical Graduate (SIMG) pathway MUST have substantial comparability. Candidates who have completed specialist training and are awaiting specialist registration Senior clinicians able to demonstrate substantial comparability and progression toward Fellowship Applicants with strong leadership capability, service development experience, and a commitment to high-quality patient-centred care will be highly regarded.
