About the role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to support and enhance our IT infrastructure while contributing to key technology projects. Reporting to the IT Technical Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our systems. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Management: Maintain, monitor, and support IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Project Delivery: Plan, lead, and collaborate on infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Escalation Support: Act as a technical escalation point for Helpdesk issues, ensuring timely resolution Governance & Continuous Improvement: Develop and enforce IT infrastructure policies. Review and enhance IT solutions and lifecycle processes About You: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or related field), and 5 years’ experience in system administration. Strong experience managing core infrastructure (VMware and/or Hyper-V), back up and disaster recovery, Windows Server and/or Linux environments Experience with cloud and modern workplace technologies, including Azure and/or OCI, Microsoft Intune (or similar MDM), and Exchange Online Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP and enterprise network A proactive and reliable team player with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage priorities and adapt to new technologies Benefits: Competitive base salary, plus super, leave loading Significant employee product discounts across ARB’s premium range Professional development opportunities, international business exposure and training.
