About us Space to Grow Allied Health is a dynamic, growing paediatric Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy practice in Forest Lake and one of only a handful of paediatric therapy services in the area. We support children and young people from a wide range of neurological, behavioural and developmental backgrounds, along with their families. As we grow, we'd love a new Speech Pathologist to grow with us. The role We're ideally seeking a Speech Pathologist with 2–3 years' experience who can work with some autonomy — but new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply, with supervision from a clinician who has 25 years' experience. You'll: Work with clients aged 0–25 and their families Run clinic, community (daycare, school) and home-based sessions Provide comprehensive assessment and ongoing therapy Bring strong communication skills and a respectful, organised approach Be committed to your own professional growth Immediate start available and open to negotiation.
