We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Welshpool. This is a working supervisory role where you'll lead by example, actively participating in warehouse operations while ensuring the efficient flow of inbound and outbound stock, optimal warehouse storage, and a safe, productive work environment. A little bit about the role: Lead, supervise and support a small warehouse team on a day-to-day basis Coordinate and participate in warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch Plan and schedule daily and weekly warehouse activities to ensure customer expectations are met Manage the efficient movement of incoming and outgoing stock to maximise productivity and minimise delays Optimise warehouse layout and storage utilisation to ensure stock is stored safely, accurately and efficiently Monitor stock movements and inventory accuracy through cycle counts Manage freight providers and courier services to ensure timely deliveries and collections Operate a forklift and assist with loading, unloading and stock handling as required Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and performance Job Description About You: Previous experience supervising or leading a team within a warehouse environment A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team and setting the standard Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse storage and stock management principles Proven ability to balance competing priorities and manage the flow of inbound and outbound goods Highly organised with excellent planning and problem-solving skills Strong communication and people leadership capabilities Good computer literacy and experience using warehouse or inventory management systems Current Forklift Licence So why join Applied?
