With the launch of Nonna Bizzarro and continued growth across the venue, we’re looking for people who thrive in fast paced environments, enjoy busy shifts and know how to deliver great guest experiences. We’re primarily looking for bartenders, with opportunities for the right people to also work across food running, gaming and other areas of the venue. Whether you're looking for regular casual work or you're a weekend warrior wanting to pick up a few shifts around other commitments, we'd love to hear from you. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be part of a team helping drive service across some of Newcastle’s busiest trade periods. Whether you’re behind the bar, running food or supporting floor operations, you’ll play an important role in delivering a positive guest experience and supporting the wider venue team. Responsibilities include: Bartending during high-volume service periods Running food and supporting floor operations where required Delivering fast, friendly and efficient customer service Working collaboratively across multiple areas of the venue Maintaining a professional approach during busy trade periods ABOUT YOU Minimum 6 months' experience in a fast-paced pub, bar or hospitality environment Previous bartending experience in high-volume venues highly regarded Cocktail experience preferred but not essential Availability during weekends, nights and public holidays is essential Perfect for experienced hospitality professionals looking for extra weekend work alongside another role Current NSW RSA required RCG and ARCG highly regarded WHY JOIN US?
