Job Description Growth and Partnerships Manager - Automotive Drive growth across automotive finance channels Own strategic OEM and partner relationships Influence pricing, acquisition and customer experience outcomes A leading consumer finance and technology business is on the hunt for someone to lead the performance, growth and profitability of its automotive lending portfolio. This is a highly visible role spanning growth, partnerships, product, commercial strategy and customer acquisition. You'll take ownership of direct automotive channels and strategic OEM partnerships, driving originations, improving conversion, enhancing customer outcomes and delivering sustainable portfolio growth. Working closely with stakeholders and teams across the business, you'll identify and execute initiatives that improve acquisition performance, optimise channel effectiveness and strengthen the overall customer proposition. What You'll Be Doing Own the end-to-end performance of direct automotive lending and OEM partnership channels Drive growth in applications, approvals, settlements, conversion rates and profitability Build and manage strategic relationships with OEMs and automotive partners Develop and execute pricing and commercial strategies that improve growth and margin outcomes Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to optimise digital acquisition performance Analyse funnel performance and customer behaviour to identify conversion improvement opportunities Use data and insights to optimise pricing, targeting, messaging and customer experience Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities Deliver performance reporting and commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritise and execute high-impact growth initiatives About You You're a commercially minded growth professional who enjoys using data, partnerships and customer insights to drive measurable outcomes. You'll Bring: Experience in Growth, Product, Partnerships, Commercial or Portfolio Management Experience within financial services, consumer lending, automotive finance, fintech Demonstrated success growing acquisition channels, originations or commercial performance Strong commercial acumen with exposure to pricing, performance optimisation or growth strategy Experience managing external partnerships and stakeholder relationships Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with OEMs, dealerships or automotive ecosystems will be highly regarded Why Apply?
