About the Role As the CCMS and Revenue Manager, you will lead and oversee statewide compliance of the Child Care Management System (CCMS) while driving effective revenue management practices across Fun Squad services. You will be responsible for ensuring ongoing CCS compliance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, supporting services to implement corrective actions, and strengthening financial governance practices. The role also plays a key part in revenue optimisation through fee management, debt recovery, and revenue enhancement initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will drive continuous improvement through system enhancements, process standardisation, automation, and data-driven decision making. Your work will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, and support positive financial outcomes across Fun Squad services. This role will operate under a hub-and-spoke working model, with flexible working arrangements available including work from home days. About You You are proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about creating efficient, sustainable ways of working that support both organisational outcomes and service delivery.
