Required: AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training or AQF Certificate IV OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications. Preparation, creation, decoration of food items Eamining foodstuffs to ensure quality Plan, develop and estimate food costs when ordering food supplies Monitor quality of dishes Prepare and cook food demonstrating a variety of cooking techniques Season food during cooking Portion food Keep kitchen and enforce hygiene regulations Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP Monitor and produce quality dishes in all stages of preparation and organisation You will be joining a high performing workplace that believes in developing new talent and empowering people to drive their own results.
