Morgan Consulting is partnering with a well-established and growing organisation within the supply chain and distribution space to recruit a Customer Service & Operations Officer. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across customer service, logistics and operations. The role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth order-to-cash process and delivering a high level of service to customers. The Role You will be the primary point of contact for customers across all operational functions including orders, deliveries and invoicing. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and a “first time right” approach to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency. You will also work closely with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure seamless order fulfilment and inventory control. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order processing (order to cash) Respond to and manage customer enquiries across orders, deliveries and invoicing Liaise closely with 3PL providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment Troubleshoot and resolve operational and logistics issues Arrange returns, credit and debit notes Perform cost entry and reconcile 3PL invoices Support inventory management and stock reconciliation Provide support to sales, supply chain and finance teams Identify and suggest process improvements About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or order fulfilment Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Process-driven with strong problem-solving skills Confident working with ERP systems and Excel Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders Proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities Experience working with logistics or 3PL providers is highly regarded Why Apply?
