This is a pivotal leadership role for a socially switched on people manager who thrives on momentum, collaboration and creative excellence, and knows how to translate culture into measurable impact. The role Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Social Media Manager shapes how the brand shows up in culture, both in feed and IRL. This is a hands-on, strategically led role for a socially savvy people manager who balances creative instinct with commercial rigour. You will lead an agile in-house team and agency partners, delivering end to end social strategies that are always on, insight led and unmistakably on brand. Social is championed as a growth engine across brand, eCommerce and customer engagement. How you will add value Own and drive end to end social media strategy across paid, organic and influencer Translate cultural insights, trends and audience behaviour into social first ideas Lead, inspire and develop a high performing team Guide creative direction for content, campaigns and influencer partnerships Partner closely with creative, brand, campaign, production and eCommerce teams Monitor performance and optimise content to continuously lift ROI Own forecasting, resourcing and budgets for social Manage agency and influencer relationships to a high standard Stay ahead of platform evolution, formats and emerging technology About You You are equal parts strategist, mentor and tastemaker. Proactive, curious, and passionate about community and storytelling.
