Project Manager | Medical Refurbishments & Defence Projects Immediate Start | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Available | NSW Projects Morson Edge is currently partnering with Decocorp, a highly respected national builder with a strong reputation across the healthcare, medical and defence sectors, to recruit an experienced Project Manager. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, Decocorp is looking to bring on a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of medical centre refurbishment and defence projects across NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with long-standing client relationships, repeat work and a collaborative culture. The position can be offered on either a contract or temp-to-perm basis depending on the successful candidate's preference. The Role Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing the full project lifecycle from procurement through to handover Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers Managing project programmes, budgets and cost control Building and maintaining strong client relationships Overseeing contract administration and project reporting Managing project risk, quality assurance and compliance requirements Ensuring projects are delivered safely and in accordance with company procedures Working closely with Site Managers and Contracts Administrators to achieve project outcomes Utilising Procore for project management, reporting and documentation About You To be considered for this role you will ideally have: Previous experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction sector Experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment or live environment projects Exposure to healthcare, medical, hospital or defence projects will be highly regarded Strong commercial and contractual understanding Excellent stakeholder and client management skills Experience using Procore is essential Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Relevant construction qualifications What's On Offer Immediate start available Contract or temp-to-perm options available Strong pipeline of secured healthcare and defence projects Long-term career opportunities with a growing business Supportive and experienced leadership team Competitive hourly rate or salary package For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please contact Sam Cooper at Morson Edge or apply now.
