McDonalds is seeking for an experienced Shift Supervisor. Vacancy address: Mackay, 4740 QLD and surrounding regional areas: : 67 – 69 Boundary Road, Ooralea, Queensland 4740 Occupation: Shift Supervisor Tenancy: Position is available full-time 38/h per week Salary: $76 515 plus superannuation Qualifications & Experience: Applicants must have an AQF Certificate II, Certificate III or higher, or an equivalent qualification, in retail, hospitality, business, leadership/management or a related field, together with at least 12 months of relevant supervisory experience in retail, fast food, hospitality, customer service or similar operations. Applicants without formal qualifications may also be considered where they have at least 12 months of relevant supervisory experience and can demonstrate practical competency in shift supervision, staff allocation, customer service, inventory control, workplace safety and store operations within fast food restaurants Applicants with at least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience from fast food licensed restaurants will be highly regarded. Task and Duties include (but not limited to) ·Ensure to always promote a prompt and friendly service ·Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. ·Plan work schedules and assign staff duties. ·Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff promotions or dismissals. ·Training staff. ·Handle complaints and decide on appropriate actions. ·Monitor inventory and order new stock as needed. ·Ensure to follow accurate pricing and proper product display. ·Enforce safety procedures throughout the store. ·Embraces and promotes the McDonalds open-door policy.
