Job description As a Collections Officer, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, engaging with customers to find practical solutions, and helping achieve positive outcomes for both the business and its customers. Key responsibilities include: Managing inbound and outbound customer contact across your portfolio Working collaboratively with customers to establish suitable payment solutions Handling challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy Investigating account issues and resolving disputes efficiently Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met Proactively identifying risks and opportunities within your portfolio Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment About You We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service with achieving results.
