The Opportunity As an Engagement Lead, you'll lead engagements from strategy through to delivery and you'll be in the trenches the whole way. Working alongside senior operational leaders, site teams and key stakeholders, you'll make sure every engagement delivers genuine value while building trusted, long-term relationships. You'll guide multiple workstreams, mentor consultants, lead problem-solving on the ground and help grow the business through strong client relationships. OX works with clients, not at them and as an Engagement Lead, you'll set that tone. While based in Perth, the role involves significant site-based work, partnering with operational leaders and site teams to solve complex challenges and implement productivity improvements that stick. Key Responsibilities Lead operational productivity and transformation engagements across the resources industry Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and operational leadership teams Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions and strategic planning Own delivery end to end quality, commercial performance and client success Mentor and develop consultants and senior consultants within your teams Spot opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and support business growth Provide strategic oversight across multiple workstreams, managing priorities, risks and resources About You You're an experienced consultant, operational improvement specialist or industry leader who pairs strong commercial acumen with a practical, people-first approach. You'll bring: Deep experience leading complex projects across the resources, consulting or operational improvement space Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at every level of an organisation A track record of leading teams and juggling multiple priorities in dynamic environments Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning complexity into simple, practical solutions The flexibility to travel regularly to client sites Why OX Solutions?
