You will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards and supporting both residents and care staff.Key responsibilities include:Medication administration and clinical documentationConducting baseline and focused clinical assessmentsReviewing and updating care plansWound care managementSupporting and leading care staff on shiftLiaising with residents, families and staffEnsuring compliance with aged care standards and policiesAbout You Are you somebody who is passionate about delivering quality Aged Care services to the local community?
