29th May, 2026 As a Mobilisation Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Mobilisation Coordinators, ensuring the efficient mobilisation of personnel across shutdowns, maintenance, project and workforce solutions contracts. This is a full-time position based at our Rivervale Head Office. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Team Lead to oversee the mobilisation function and ensure our workforce is site-ready, compliant and mobilised on time. This role is ideal for an experienced mobilisation professional who understands the complexities of workforce mobilisation within the mining industry and enjoys leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Operations and clients to ensure seamless mobilisation outcomes and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a team of four Mobilisation Coordinators Manage mobilisation activities across multiple clients, projects and work scopes Ensure employees meet all client and site entry requirements prior to mobilisation Oversee compliance with medicals, training, inductions, VOCs and licensing requirements Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and training providers Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mobilisation efficiency and candidate experience About You Proven experience leading a mobilisation, workforce planning or recruitment support team Extensive knowledge of mobilisation requirements within the mining and resources sector Demonstrated experience mobilising personnel to Rio Tinto, Fortescue, Roy Hill and Newmont operations Strong understanding of client onboarding systems, compliance requirements and site access processes Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong stakeholder management and communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to compliance Experience using mobilisation, workforce management or HR systems Highly Regarded Previous experience within a mining services, shutdown or maintenance environment Knowledge of client mobilisation platforms Experience supporting high-volume workforce mobilisation programs Why Join Breight Group?
