Principal Software Engineer As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be the technical leader within an agile product squad, providing guidance on architecture, solution design, engineering best practices, and delivery strategy. You'll work across both modern and legacy applications, helping teams solve complex technical problems while identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and developer productivity. This is a role for someone who enjoys being hands-on while also operating at a strategic level. What You'll Be Doing Leading solution design and architecture across multiple applications Mentoring engineers and uplifting technical capability within the team Driving cloud, integration, and modernisation initiatives Troubleshooting complex systems and tackling technical debt Partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to deliver business-critical outcomes Championing AI-enabled software development and engineering productivity What We're Looking For Strong experience with C#, .NET and Azure Experience building and supporting large-scale digital products Strong React and API integration experience Proven ability to lead technical direction and influence engineering teams Experience working across both modern and legacy environments Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude, OpenAI or similar Why This Role? How to customize formatting for each rich text Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
