About the Role In this leadership role, you will: Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve high-quality practices aligned with the National Quality Standards Build strong relationships with families and the local community to support occupancy growth Drive performance outcomes, including financial targets and team engagement Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture About You You will bring: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Proven experience in a Centre Manager role A current Working with Children Check A strong track record in achieving operational, compliance, and performance targets A passion for leadership, team development, and delivering high-quality early education Our Curriculum Our educators are trained in our Lifelong Learning Curriculum —Australia’s most advanced approach to early childhood education.
