Graduate, Vacation & Early Careers Talent Pool | Site Based At Ramelius Resources, providing awesome early career opportunities in the gold industry is an important part of our long-term growth strategy. Our Graduate, Vacation & Early Careers Talent Pool is designed for University Students, recent Graduates and early career Trainees or Apprentices looking to kickstart their mining career in a dynamic and growing gold mining company. We are always keen to connect with future talent in disciplines including Mining Engineering, Mine Surveying, Geology, Metallurgy and Environmental Sciences. Through our annual Graduate Program and Summer Vacation Program, participants gain valuable hands-on experience and exposure to real mining operations. We offer rotations, mentoring and a range of carefully selected development opportunities in the programs. Our Graduate Program recruitment process typically commences in April, with Graduates commencing in February the following year. Summer Vacation placements are offered at our Dalgaranga and Mt Magnet Operations across similar disciplines during the end of year semester break. As recent recruitment campaigns have concluded for FY27, this talent pool is for our future Graduate and Vacation Program intakes or other upcoming early career opportunities at Ramelius.
